Yum Brands (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut) of China is slated to begin selling plant based fried chicken as the beginning test market. The initial test run will begin at 3 restaurants for 3 days. Footings has already begun in USA with the test of beyond meat nuggets as a plant-based alternative.
