About Nick: 
Nick Cartus is an associate on the Naran Group. Prior to joining the Marcus & Millichap team in Orange County, Southern California. Nick studied hospitality business and real estate investment at Michigan State University. Nick previously worked as a leasing associate at one of the largest student housing firms in the Midwest. He also utilizes his expansive knowledge of private/public partnerships to assist clients with development/redevelopment projects involving government entities at the local and state level. Nick now focuses on implementing his skillset to help the growth of developers on a national level.
