About Neil: 
Neil Naran represents buyers and sellers in commercial income-producing real estate property types. He specializes in single tenant net lease and multi-tenant investment sales, dealing with clients and properties throughout the United States. Neil joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 with almost 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Neil was the founding member of a specialty retail company, 41 Olive, that specialized in the sale of flavored olive oil & Balsamic vinegar with more than 5 locations throughout southern California in high-end shopping malls such as Irvine Spectrum, Glendale Americana at Brand, Westfield Malls, and Simon Malls. In addition, Neil has almost a decade of experience in the hospitality development and private equity industry where he was solely responsible for management and structuring of master planned developments that included Hilton and Marriott Hotels. Neil’s goal is to provide superior client service by providing clients with industry-leading research, financing, transaction, and consultative services, achieving this through Marcus & Millichap’s large sales force, agent collaboration, technology, and direct access to the largest pool of national and international capital sources and financing.
